I incredibly grateful to have found Natalie Y. Munoz-Sievert, MD, thanks to a recommendation from my wonderful primary care physician, Marilyn Chavannes, MD. Was In Very Quickly. Loved That Dr. Munoz Sievert Took Her Time , And Answered All My Questions in a Professional way. Explained Her Self Very Clear.

Last November, I started having major health issues. I made an appointment two weeks later, and it took about 6 weeks to get in to see Dr. Munoz-Sievert Dr. Munoz-Sievert is a nice doctor & capable. However, everything took forever at this office. Several tests were done and I waited a month for answers. Then I had an in-office test, and she told me to come back in 2 weeks. Dr. Munoz-Sievert has been wonderful as a doctor, unfortunately I cannot say the same for her staff. Scheduling anything is really difficult, unfortunately I will be switching doctors. It is too stressful to have no communication.

Dr. Munoz was great unfortunately her office staff are a DISGRACE. I will not be back even though as far as doctors go she has been my favorite thus far. Elena (spelling?) has a very selective memory on what she tells patients & Juanita has got to be the WORST office manager I have ever come across. I doubt this review will even be acknowledged or addressed because the way it sounded to me when voicing my dissatisfaction with the way I was being treated...they couldn't care less. I NEVER leave r

Rude staff and high wait times. I waited an hour and a half and still didn't see the doctor. I have tried seeing this doctor twice now and will never go back. The receptionist flat out rolled her eyes at me when I nicely asked how much longer the wait would be. The first time I went there I was turned away because I didn't have my updated insurance card despite being told this wouldn't be an issue over the phone. The nurses were just as unfriendly. I did not feel comfortable here at all.

I have been a patient of another OB/GYN for over 10 years in Lake Mary and needed someone closer to home. I was referred to Dr. Munoz-Sievert by my primary. Today was my 1st visit with her, and it was an overall great experience. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I am happy to say that as of today, Dr. Munoz-Sievert is my new OB/GYN :)
