Probably the most callous and unprofessional people on the planet. My sister-in-law waited a year for an appointment, she lives a half hour away she left an hour early got stuck in traffic and they gave her time slot away and then told her there was nothing he could do and she's extremely sick. This is what it looks like when people go into the medical field only for the money.
if I could have negative stars I would. My wife waited for a year for an appointment we left half an hour early we were stuck in traffic we called three times to get somebody nobody answered when we finally got them they gave her spot away when we were 10 MINUTES AWAY. this was in a very important appointment and he just blew us off like it wasn't an emergency and we didn't wait an entire year and we didn't drive for an hour to get there. These people have no compassion whatsoever and should not be in the medical industry.
I wanted to reach out and let you know how much I appreciate your care. You are an awesome and caring person who truly listens to your patients. Thank you for spending the quality time that is so important for a patient’s well-being. Thank you for all that you do.
