I love Dr. Santelli. She's awesome and very personable. We laugh at all kinds of things. I have a difficult situation in that I had Radial keratotomy 32 years ago and was sort of a guinea pig bc it was just starting to come on the scene and eventually didn't make the scene. I had far to many cuts in my eyes and the scar tissue has lead me right back to wearing contacts again. I've never used Natalie Santellli's services but was billed for an eye exam and contact lenses. Disorganized, incompetent and does not pay attention to details.
