Natalie's Massage and Spa is a hidden gem in Napa. The space is exceptionally clean, well-decorated, and smells amazing, which immediately puts your mind at ease. The staff is welcoming, gentle, and highly skilled at what they do. They use excellent oils and the lighting is perfect for a peaceful getaway. It's the perfect treat for yourself or a loved one. Excellent customer service and an overall soothing experience. 10/10.
I've visited Natalie in the past. She changed location which is much better. Very happy to find her again. Easy to schedule. Flexible and very professional. She is top notch.
