Natalie was incredible to work with! Her local market knowledge was a huge asset. The entire process she explained to us and even initiated all contact with 3rd party vendors (contractors inspectors, insurance). She is also an incredibly hard worker, I think she was the first to climb into our attic space to check for moisture before we even knew it was there. Natalie truly is on your side, and we won't ever work with another realtor. We are forever grateful to Natalie for helping get us into our home.

Natalie was incredible to work with on the purchase of our first home. She is knowledgable, compassionate and responsive- everything you could want in a Realtor. On top of that, she has a background in new construction and renovations, which greatly helped us in estimating repair costs. We truly believe that we were able to get the house we did thanks to Natalie’s negotiating and time-management skills, and we are forever grateful! I cannot recommend her highly enough to my OBX friends.

We met Natalie at an open house and knew almost instantly she was the realtor we had been waiting to meet.
