Breath of Fresh Air. Dr. Gaines has great bedside manner.
We like Dr. Gaines. However, NO ONE answers the phone. On several occasions, I have called to follow up and make an appointment for my mother in law. The phone will ring literally 30 times, no answer machine, no one answers, during office hours - not lunch, not after hours. It is a terrible way to run an office.
