No post operative care or follow up. Dr Straus performed 2 surgeries on my foot in 8 days. Looked me in the eye and told me he was my Dr and would help me get through this. What a crock of BS. Been almost 3 weeks since last one and only contact I have had since leaving hospital is being sent a bill and a rescheduling of follow up appointment to almost 3 and 1/2 weeks post op by them. I am moving to another podiatrist. I would avoid this practice as they don’t seem to care about anything but cutting and billing.
Phone system is ridiculous. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone. Obviously in my experience this place is terrible. I read someone's poor review and they basically said they are going to sue the person unless they remove the review within five days! OMG!!! Totally pyscho... Im not removing this sorry. I have a right to my opinion. Please feel free to contact me to get my info if you want to sue me too.
Stay away from the HCA hospital that's right next to thus place. That hospital is dangerous and disgusting. The nurses insult the patients. They also take pictures of you naked when ur changing into the gowns... very creepy
Amazing place!! 5 stars is not enough! From scheduling the appointment to the doctor’s visit! Very professional personnel and Dr Alexandra Andes was absolutely amazing, nice, funny, kind. She explained everything clearly to me. I definitely recommend this practice! Hard to find doctor’s office so efficiently run nowadays.
