I just called this office looking to establish as a new patient. The woman on the phone was very short with me and said I would need to get all the records from my current urologist. I explained that if I did that, they are required by law to charge me. She said either myself or my primary HAS to include that in the initial referral. She also would not make me an appointment, as they need those records first to decide if they even want to have me as a patient.
