As a pageant girl, Natalie M is always my first stop when it comes to gown shopping. Lisa is truly so helpful and cares for each girl that comes in her store. She wants to make sure you find the perfect gown for what you need, and doesn’t try to push you into a sale of something you don’t actually like. Dress shopping can be so intimidating and overwhelming, but Kansas City is so lucky to have someone like Lisa who wants to help you feel your best in a gown that you truly love.
My fiancé and I decided we were going to go get eloped, and I had a month to find a dress! After a failed attempt at a different bridal shop, I called Natalie M, and even though they were booked up for the day Lisa was able to fit us in and we ended up finding the perfect dress! We had an amazing experience and will 100% go back in the future!
I called on a Tuesday evening an hour before close looking for a plus sized mother of the bride gown. Lisa was a gem to work with and had some dresses pulled for me when I arrived. This was a great shopping experience all around and superb customer service!
