If you or your daughter are planning to compete in a pageant, do yourself a favor and go see Lisa at Natalie M. She goes the extra mile, knows the different pageant systems and is so fun to work with. She helped up design a custom gown and we could not be happier. We will never shop anywhere else! NAM Mom

I purchased a bridal gown, veil and headpiece and had a wonderful experience. Lisa worked very hard to help me envision what my dress would look like with added straps and less poof. She even offered to cut out the tulle so I didn't have to pay the seamstress to do it. She was patient and took the time to learn what I wanted unlike the staff at a chain store.

These are the greediest, rudest, and most awful people that I have ever worked with. They will say and do anything to get you to buy from them! Their selection is so small for wedding dresses and the staff has no knowledge of the product, nor are the willing to do any work to find the correct answers. You have to have a list of dresses to try on and you are lucky if you get to see more than 4 or 5 on. If someone is about to come in they will rush you out of the appointment and pressure you to buy. I tried to buy a dress there after modeling for their fashion show and was disappointed at how I was treated. A friend also works there and says they make tons of sales off the big Ali Kemp and high school "Charity" shows I was in. I mean 400 free student models and what do Natalie and Myra Nearenberg donate to the charity themselves?? I am told. Attendees admission fees are the only donations. Laura-sounds to me like you're a spoiled little brat using your anonymity to discredit a wonderful family who owns a great Overland Park business.
