I’ve had Dr. DiLeonardo as my primary care provider for a little over a year, and I am grateful for everything she has done so far. I first saw her before becoming pregnant with my second child, and then most of my care transitioned to my OB-GYN during pregnancy until 6 weeks postpartum. After developing preeclampsia and continuing to have high blood pressure postpartum, my blood pressure management was transferred to Dr. DiLeonardo. If I could give 0 I would! In short my husband went in do to ongoing pain in lower side. She basically told him he had to go to physical therapy. I asked if they could do xray or scan as he told her it was so severe like nothing he ever felt. She said no. You have to do this first. My question, how can you order that not knowing what's wrong, it could do more damage. Her reply was.... it's a pulled muscle. I went to Dr. DiLeonardo for my yearly check-up and she was awesome. We got a lot done in just about an hour, and she really listened to everything I had to say. She didn’t rush me and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor.
I can honestly say that I received the best personal care from Dr Natalie and her staff. I have lived in multiple states and have had many medical providers over the last 50plus years and can say that as a hypochondriac; I have never been put more at ease and felt relief during and after a visit to a medical provider. The care and follow up of the staff at OSF Roscoe exceeding all my expectations astronomically. I think Dr. DiLeonardo is pleasant enough, not very personable and maybe not the most thorough doctor. (I guess I'm used to my previous old school doctor who was awesome!) Having said that, her office really needs a kick in the pants! It's almost comical like nobody knows what's going on there. It took almost 4 days for me to get an Rx filled last time because she was out of the office and I guess nobody but her could do it?
