I went to Dr. DiLeonardo for my yearly check-up and she was awesome. We got a lot done in just about an hour, and she really listened to everything I had to say. She didn’t rush me and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor.
I can honestly say that I received the best personal care from Dr Natalie and her staff. I have lived in multiple states and have had many medical providers over the last 50plus years and can say that as a hypochondriac; I have never been put more at ease and felt relief during and after a visit to a medical provider. I think Dr. DiLeonardo is pleasant enough, not very personable and maybe not the most thorough doctor. (I guess I'm used to my previous old school doctor who was awesome!) Having said that, her office really needs a kick in the pants! It's almost comical like nobody knows what's going on there. It took almost 4 days for me to get an Rx filled last time because she was out of the office and I guess nobody but her could do it? Was sent to do a Cat scan for something that took an ultrasound at the hospital to diagnose. She sent me to do the most expensive and dangerous tests first before trying the basics. Then I went in for an opinion on my ultrasound results and a referral to a urologist. That referral was never sent to that urologist even after contacting this clinic multiple times to have it sent out. I was billed $300 for that referral visit. I am an individual with Panic Disorder. I had originally asked this provider if they felt comfortable taking me on as a new patient and treating me as I typically need more attention to make sure my disorder is progressing positively remaining stable and not regressing.
