The receptionist is very disrespectful, and the doctor’s office is extremely greedy. If I could, I would leave zero stars. I went in for a blood test and paid a copay for the visit. Today, when I called for my results, I was told I needed to pay another copay just to receive them. The receptionist hung up on me twice when I told her I would pay the office next time. This lady is super rude maybe she need a man or need to retire . She made me feel bad . She asked me what brought me in for a visit and i must’ve repeated the same thing twice. She goes i heard you . You said it about 5 times im a very good listener. Like excuse me Ms. Girl. Definitely not going back . She needs to retire of she don’t like her job .
I have always appreciated my Dr.'s direct approach. She keeps it real and doesn't sugar coat things. She cares about her patients and always easy to talk to.
One star is simply too much to put on this review. If I could, I would put negative stars on it. This so called doctor is incompetent, extremely rude, and has zero bedside manners.
