It was my first time visiting NEA today, although it wasn’t my first time having injectables done. Natalie was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way that no other technician has done before. This made me very confident that the results were going to be amazing. This clinic only provides dysport not Botox. Not a warm or friendly clinic. Customer service is quite cold but havent had any major issues. Price is average or slightly above. I went back in 2 weeks after my service and asked for top up as wrinkles still present and was told by natalie that she is not allowed to inject more botox as i have had botox recently and that the reason why my wrinkles werent improving is because I roll on my side sometimes when im sleeping.
I recently visited Natalie in Castle Hill for injectables, and the experience was outstanding. During the appointment, she was incredibly thorough and informative, taking the time to ensure I was fully informed and comfortable with the process. Natalie’s friendly demeanor, coupled with the wonderful atmosphere of her studio, made the visit even more pleasant. The value for the price is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone considering her services.
Natalie was very thorough in her consultation, and knowledgeable in tailoring the treatments she recommended. Whilst I attended feeling nervous, she was gentle and patient and addressed my apprehensions. She definitely doesn’t try to upsell more than what you need and has a focus on natural enhancements, which is so important.
Highly highly recommend.
