I've been seeing Natalie for a couple of years and im super happy! She knows exactly what is needed and makes you feel comfortable and confident on the outcome and that is why I keep going back. Highly recommend!

This clinic only provides dysport not Botox. Not a warm or friendly clinic. Customer service is quite cold but havent had any major issues. Price is average or slightly above. I went back in 2 weeks after my service and asked for top up as wrinkles still present and was told by natalie that she is not allowed to inject more botox as i have had botox recently and that the reason why my wrinkles werent improving is because I roll on my side sometimes when im sleeping.
I recently visited Natalie in Castle Hill for injectables, and the experience was outstanding. During the appointment, she was incredibly thorough and informative, taking the time to ensure I was fully informed and comfortable with the process. Natalie’s friendly demeanor, coupled with the wonderful atmosphere of her studio, made the visit even more pleasant. The value for the price is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone considering her services.
