I made an appointment with an otolaryngologist and ended up also seeing this provider when I was there, as that is apparently the office’s procedure. Despite making one appointment, I was charged two co-pays and had to pay much more than expected out of pocket months after my appointment. While I’m sure this provider is nice, I find their billing practices unethical and unfair to patients who are already struggling in this awful healthcare system. Ultimately, the appointment was both unhelpful and costly.
