Natalie is the best! She makes everything so easy and understandable and is quick to respond as is everyone on her team. She was a part of the easiest home purchasing experience I’ve ever had. It’s nice to have someone so communicative and willing to explain everything to you in your corner when you’re trying to buy a house. I would not go anywhere else in the Treasure Valley besides to Natalie at Guaranteed Rate.

Natalie Chatfield was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was transparent, communicative, and so fast with her responses whether it be text, e-mail or by phone. We received daily reports on our rate options and the streamlined process for completing the required tasks made it so easy to stay on top of the process.
