I was injured at work as a public nurse at RAH. I was given a RTW from this organisation. To say i was mistreated is an understatement. My story in brief, the work covers act was not followed by my employer or by this RTW. I was not allowed retraining even after the ombudsman ordered it. The RTW was not happy i took it higher. Still not allowed retraining emails were sent between RTW and self insurer sahealth.
