Natalie Yount is a nurse practitioner with Novant’s Carolina Shores office. She has been our main provider for approximately 5 years now. She is excellent!! She takes whatever time is necessary to help us. She responds quickly to messages sent via MyChart. She remembers our names and medical issues. I trust her to help me; I know she sees herself as my advocate. Honestly , she is the best provider I have EVER had. (I am in my 70s, so I’ve had more than a few).
Natalie is very profesional. She listens to your story and then tries to fix the problem.
I didn't have to wait very long to be called back. Dr. Yount has a terrific nurse. She is very calming and really listens to you and I appreciate that. Dr. Yount is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I don't dread going in and never talks down to you and is very good at explaining what is going on. She takes her time with you and she walks you to the front desk (that has never happened before by a doctor )
