Dr. Volkova comes across as very kind. Unfortunately, she spends more time talking about herself than providing any helpful information. She rarely gives you a chance to speak. More than once I had to schedule a second appointment just to address one issue. The last time I saw her I just couldn't do it anymore. She talked without stopping telling me all about her life and how meditation would fix everything. She didn't give me a chance to respond or express my concerns. She just kept going.
