We reviewed my recent test results. She suggested ways to improve my health based on the test results and my input (like my life style and aches and pains and….). We had a back and forth discussion and agreed on a course should will lead to improvements.
I saw an MA not the md this last appointment. I don’t remember her name but she was great! Best appointment I’ve had at chc.
Very happy I chose Dr Schwartz as my new primary care physician. She and her staff are respectful and attentive to all aspects of care.
