My experience with DR. Petrova has been very satisfying. Appointment time is always convenient and easy to schedule. The professionalism at this office is superior. I have received explanations of all procedures. DR. Petrova always takes the necessary time to explain the costs and treatment plan. It is comforting to have a high level of trust with my DDS. I have seen DR. Petrova for the last 8 years and will continue to keep her as my DDS.
I have never been to a dental office that was as lovely as this one. The 'family' atmosphere they have at the office cannot be beat. I had to reschedule 3 times and Valentina was so patient and kind with me despite the inconvenience I caused. When I went for the visit she found so much more than my previous dentist but it was not about selling me, it was about me understanding. The procedures I chose were absolutely painless and she is a master at her art...this is a dentist who knows her work.
I had a cavity and she fixed me right up with no pain!
