I've been a patient of Dr. Natalia McG for a few years now and she's been nothing short of helpful, caring and willing to work with me on any concerns re: my health. Can't recommend her enough.
This doctor doesn’t call when you have lab results aligned with kidney disease. She wrote on the lab report to drink ore water. When I called and voiced my concerns with her assistant, I got a certified letter in the mail that said she no longer wants me as a patient. Too late, I already decided you were very unprofessional. My new doctor is taking these labs seriously and is conducting further tests. I am so glad I didn’t stay with her and let my kidney issues go by the wayside. I see Dr. Natalia McGrew and she is compassionate, efficient, and helps figure things out. I am so lucky I found her!
My issue is with their billing practices and over billing with Medicare patients. I have learned that Premier Health has been instructing their practices how to find every possible CPT billing code and start billing them. A Medicare annual wellness visit is 100% paid for and is a comprehensive exam. However Dr. McGrew and Premier Medical also billed a $300+ new patient visit.
