This doctor doesn’t call when you have lab results aligned with kidney disease. She wrote on the lab report to drink ore water. When I called and voiced my concerns with her assistant, I got a certified letter in the mail that said she no longer wants me as a patient. Too late, I already decided you were very unprofessional. I see Dr. Natalia McGrew and she is compassionate, efficient, and helps figure things out. I am so lucky I found her!
My issue is with their billing practices and over billing with Medicare patients. I have learned that Premier Health has been instructing their practices how to find every possible CPT billing code and start billing them. A Medicare annual wellness visit is 100% paid for and is a comprehensive exam. However Dr. McGrew and Premier Medical also billed a $300+ new patient visit. There are no words to express how much me and my family appreciate Dr. Natalia Mcgrew. She deserves every bit of success and respect that comes her way. You would be doing yourself and your family a favor by having her as your Primary Care Physician. The only complaint I have is that I can't give more stars.
Dr McGrew takes her time to listen and is very helpful in understanding your options. I highly recommend her
