I see Miss Naranjo. She is wonderful. I can't praise her knowledge and bedside manner enough. i would give her 5 stars. But it stops there. I've been a patient there for about 2 1/2 years. While most of the office staff is friendly they are completely inefficient. My pharmacy sends request for refills when needed. (Which is every other month). That is a disaster EVERY time ( requiring Several request from the pharmacy and myself). I've actually been hung up on by one of the office staff more than once. Just Call me FED UP. I... read more

Pretty frustrating when your doctor's office cant answer their phone so you have to physically appear to be assisted
This is not a very professional place. For starts they dont care enough about their patients to call a presciption inn. My mother has been without her bp medicine since minday and has called them for 3bdays to get her medicine . They say its on their prouty list, for 3 days. When u call they are rude and hang up on u. So i go to the odfice and talked to them and tgwy ask me to wait outside and they locked the door on me. Some doctors odfice this is
