Great, family owned business that my wife goes to for repairs all the time. She went the other day and they fixed her Tory Burch earring that was not made from a precious metal.
Always professional & helpful ... (Mainly gives you advice of repairing your problem yourself rather than charging you)
I so appreciate John and the service I received at Natalia Jewellers. I had injured my hand and went to him to cut off my wedding rings as my hand swelled. He was incredibly kind and so when it came time to have them repaired, he was the only one I considered. I entrusted him with my most treasured possessions a few months later, and I just got them back. They took the utmost care with my rings and they now look fantastic! Thank you!

Great customer service! I came in to adjust my watches' sizes and time and the owner was very patient and attentive to how I wanted my watches to fit and made sure I was happy with the result. Would definitely recommend!
