I first called Natalia to get a quote on a watch repair. He was very polite and Honest with me. I decided to drop off the watch and wait for the Jewler to give his estimate. A it was more than I was willing to pay. I decided to take back my watch that I left. When I went in in person Natalia greeted me warmly and when he realized who I was he still went out of his way to help me.
