Caution to anyone considering Natalia Jewellers Ltd. in Surrey, BC. I brought in a ring with diamonds and emeralds to be resized and paid for the service. When I picked it up on August 26, 2025, I immediately noticed the stones looked different. I had placed full trust in this business, believing they would handle my jewelry with care and integrity.
