Dr. Doni is very good doctor, compassionate, good listener, very concerned about my health issues.
I don't even know where to start. I have a VERY difficult time with trusting doctors as I have had many , many years of medical trauma and anxiety that accompanies it. Dr. Doni was AMAZING !! I finally found a Doctor that ACTIVELY listened! She was compassionate , understanding, and very thorough. She non-judgmental but yet straight to the point. Thank you so much Dr. Doni for everything! You are awesome!
We were “seen” via phone call when a teleconference failed. She sent us to an emergicenter for a direct contact visit. She called the next day to follow up and encourage further exam because she was convinced my husband’s condition was more serious. We followed her instructions and got to the real problem. She did not charge us for either contact. Her genuine concern made sure my husband got better.
Love at first sight! She took time to listen to my issues and concerns; typed everything into the computer; and asked me a million questions. She seemed genuinely interested in my situation as if it was puzzle she was working on. I'm happy to report that I found my new PCP and finally feel confident that my medical needs will be met when needed. Staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful!
