I made a request to my HR department for medical accommodations, which under Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), it entitles me to seek reasonable accommodations due to my disability. In response, HR asked for a form to be filled out by my healthcare provider, Dr. Natalia Branis, to gain a clearer understanding of my condition. I have to literally call more than 5 times in a day, press all different extensions to get a Hang of someone to get my prescription refilled. Everytime it goes to voicemail. If I need annual blood work done in order to get a prescription, at least give me the supply of a couple of days for my meds! I have to chase these people in the office, I don’t hear back for 2-3 days. And by the time I hear back, I’m 2 weeks off my meds and my whole mood, sleep, appetite, energy is drained. The office staff was very helpful and responsive with appointment scheduling, insurance matters and instructions for required testing. Dr. Branis was the subject matter expert I was hoping to see, and withing an in-person visit and a telehealth follow-up, she was able make a full assessment, rule out any hormone related issues, and advise on next steps. Highly recommended

I’ve never experienced such a careless office in my life before, this office was very rude to me as well. I went in to meet Natalia Branis earlier in January, from January to May it took her that long to discover what thyroid I have and to put me on medication. I told her I was getting a breast aug in May, and I needed clearance from the anesthesiologist, She made me go 6-7 times to do lab work within a spam of 2 months, because my numbers weren’t good enough for her.
