TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I called them five times, provided both my personal and insurance information, and they told me to wait until someone would call me back — just to take my information AGAIN, and then told me to wait AGAIN for another call to schedule an appointment! My recent visit with this particular doctor was quite different from my past experiences at this office, which have been positive. The nurses and other physicians have been kind, attentive, and on it. Unfortunately, this appointment with this Doctor felt rushed and left me feeling dismissed. The support provided by the office staff for Dr. Babkina is inadequate. Phone calls often go unanswered, frequently redirecting to an answering service. It can take hours to receive a callback, and missing it means dealing with the answering service again. This process can extend from hours into days, delaying tasks. Although the staff is pleasant over the phone, their inefficiency leads to delays in communication and care.
