I had an exhaust leak on my 2020 jetta VW and I needed it repaired, Natale's got me in there schedule quickly, and got me out of there efficiently! The Guys at the desk and the tech were all very kind and awesome they do good work here and are knowledgeable, from a prior question I had a while ago when I stopped by! thank you.
Too expensive, SCAM. Natales tried to overcharge me on my 1997 Toyota Avalon (only 130,000 miles) by quoting $900 for an exhaust pipe repair. At the door, I was initially told ~$300, but later they attempted to raise it to $900, which felt dishonest and pressured. I was on a 3000 mile roadtrip and my alternator decided to crap out. They took my Ranger in first thing in the morning and had the alternator replaced and I was back on the road in two hours. Great service.

Similar to others who have shared, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone I met at Natale's was incredibly kind and competent. I drove a car that passed through many hands up to Carmel and noticed a few unsettling noises. They added me to their schedule, despite it being car week. They discovered that a bolt was missing, saved me from my tire falling off mid-drive, and got my bumper back on. Thanks to their quick and thorough work, I was able to safely make it back home! I can't recommend them enough :)
