Great service Five star Papa Joe is the best and mama Joe is too
Similar to others who have shared, I had a wonderful experience. Everyone I met at Natale's was incredibly kind and competent. I drove a car that passed through many hands up to Carmel and noticed a few unsettling noises. They added me to their schedule, despite it being car week. They discovered that a bolt was missing, saved me from my tire falling off mid-drive, and got my bumper back on. Thanks to their quick and thorough work, I was able to safely make it back home! I can't recommend them enough :)
A long overdue review: Natale's saved my beautiful 1997 Ranger from the scrap heap. I bought it used --- single-owner, only 75,000 miles and had lived the last twenty years like a pampered house cat, rarely taken out of the garage, so I thought I'd hit the lotto. Wonderful service, staff was very kind, welcoming, professional, and explained everything in detail. 10/10 recommend this place, you will know you’re being treated well and your vehicle is in good hands. Highly recommend this shop.
