came in to establish pcp care as a new patient. scheduled the app through my chart. they got me in & out. nice and friendly staff. i’m happy with my choice so far
It was great in the beginning but I have to find a new doctor now, I felt the care went down unfortunately and my issues still unresolved and I can’t take it anymore. On top of sending messages and seeing it was read but getting no response from the doctor or nurses is crazy to me.
My first time seeing this physician and I just wasn’t impressed or felt hopeful with my experience. I had a medial history that i told her about. I assumed with the information I gave her, she would test for those things to get an update. No, I had to go back to see another physician who actually did test for those things. She was just very lackadaisical and didn’t seem like she cared. I won’t be back
