El sabor y calidad del ice cream es buenísimo pero la atención a los clientes de parte del personal es bastante flojo deberían entrenar mejor a los empleados y enseñarle a la encargada a tener mejor actitud con los clientes

I purchased 15 gallons of ice cream from Nasto's several weeks ago. i asked the girl at the counter to speak with the manager and she refused. Instead she gave me a business care of someone that is retired. I called today and asked to speak with a manager and she refused again. I spoke to Sherry today and she lacks customer service skills. I try to answer all request ,but sometimes am unable to, do to time restraints. Sherry was just trying to help you instead. The best-----was longing for a Biscuit Tortoni or Spumoni---after dinner in Yesterday's Restaurant in Hazlet nj- I was shocked when I found "tortoni" on the Menu----this was always my favorite dessert but for some reasons---do not find it in our area---wish they served it in Lisa's in Laurence Harbor--we frequent that place often on a Saturday night! Will check it out now in our area----Nunzio's in Sayreville is another great restaurant--now I have to see if it is on their menu-happy with this discovery!
