She is the best doctor I have ever seen, across any specialty. She is highly knowledgeable and caring,and takes her time with you.I wish all my doctors were like Dr. De Souza. Her staff is is also helpful.
I don't know what some of these bad reviews are all about.Perhaps you were not as personality friendly.As you should have been but Doctor Desouza's office personnel are all outstanding
Dr.Desouza is a great doctor and very Caring. But her front office staff is very nasty and uncaring and unknowable. They take a long time for prior authorizations and is un willing to help . Stephanie at the front desk should not be working there or in the medical field. Dr Desouza I ask you to look into your staff and see if they are representing you and your office as well as LYU as they should .
