Dr. Forghani is so nice and respectful. He greets his patients and continues to support you in your path to wellness. He asks what you need to be your best and gives medical advice you can understand. The front desk is so patient and direct. Scheduling is easy and efficient. Thank you for your continued support.
Our appointment was at 1:30 pm, we checked in at 1:20 pm and has been waiting for 45 minutes now. In another occasion a few months ago they missed up with our appointment and asked us "sorry come next week".
As an earlier reviewer mentioned, I have also noticed suspicious claims with my medical insurance company. Upon further inspection, they billed my insurance for vaccinations and other treatments/tests I never received. I stopped going since I noticed these charges. I thought maybe it was an error but after reading other comments, I'm certain it was not a simple error. Looking for a new provider. They called me telling me that I can’t get my infusion without blood work and the lady had the nerve to rush me to make a decision. It’s not my fault that y’all didn’t tell me FAR ahead of time that I need blood work in order to get this infusion.
They deserve zero stars! Money hungry bunch of so called doctors. I will never return!
