After 30 yrs of horrible debilitating back/neck pain, finally found Dr. Nasser! Is the best and I am not crazy about doctors based on everything I have been through. Extremely likable guy but wouldn’t care if he were a monster (he’s NOT), but he is GREAT!

I first met with him over Zoom call, because my husband and I live in GA. He called me back, as needed us to send CT scans as well. We spoke for 37 minutes! I could write a book about all that I’ve been through with my back and cervical for roughly 30 years. I had sciatic pain to the point that I was limping thinking it was my hip. After an in office ultrasound and being correctly diagnosed by Dr Nasser I received an injection in my piriformis muscle which took away the pain almost immediately. I highly recommend Dr Nasser and his staff!

Best ever. I have had back pain for over 10 years. He is the very first doctor to show me my MRI and point out all my issues. He explains things so well and I am given options. I feel my back pain is less but there will come a point where I will need to decide on surgery. In the meantime I am very happy to have him by my side minimizing my pain the best way possible.

After months of being tested and mis-diagnosed, all it took was Dr. Nasser asking me different question, to finally be able to diagnose me and get me on a treatment plan. SO happy to finally be able to work towards progress, versus waiting for answers. Thanks AZ Pain treatment Centers!

I have CRPS and was able to catch in acute phase. I had a series of Lumbar sympathetic blocks in the midwest by a Dr. who is writing the protocol for Acute CRPS. When I was coming back to AZ I needed to find a Dr who could do these blocks, successfully. Dr Nasser is the FIRST Dr here in AZ to nail this block EVERY SINGLE TIME! I had tennis elbow. After seeing a 3 other doctors in a year, I was referred to Dr Nasser. My very 1st visit he listened and said he would fix my arm. He did an ultrasound right then to see the extent of the damage. To me that was extraordinary. Previous doctors took months just to schedule something like that. He saw the problem and took action. Dr. Nasser has done wonders for a painful condition I had because of a Rectal Ulcer post Cancer treatment. He did an ablation of the Pudendal nerves which have given me great relief. Dr. Nasser and his staff are fantastic and the treatments I have received both for my low back and Pudenal Nerve have changed my life. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser if you have a nagging pain problem.
