I had a very disappointing experience at this endocrinology office. I had a scheduled appointment with the nurse practitioner, but after checking in on time, I waited for over an hour and was never seen. No one came to update me, explain the delay, or apologize . I was left sitting without communication or basic courtesy. Patients deserve respect and timely care. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office based on my experience. Alex V.
Beth is extremely thorough. She is very smart and knowledgeable about diabetes. She is very helpful and reviews the bloodwork so you understand and explains what you need to do to help you best manage your diabetes. I highly recommend seeing her. Best Endo I’ve ever had.
I am a retired nurse so my expectations of medical providers may be higher than most. I have to say , if I could give more than 5 stars I would! The staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable and more importantly for the first time in a long time I felt heard as well as empathy. My treatment plan was explained in great detail. I can only say thank you to everyone who I interacted with, you are amazing. I plan on informing my PCP so she can refer any patients that require the care of an endocrinologist!
