Nassau Pools takes care of a small condo complex for a very long time. They get two stars for showing up each week, but a poor review since their service is always short and rarely vacuums even though we pay for that. Every quote for anything always gets billed much higher. Timer boxes are left open, never adjusted to the correct time or noticed if they are not operating correctly. The pool has been running 24 hours a day and the light never comes ob even though it works, so the timers must be bad but they never notice. I to... read more
I pay for weekly service. This month they only came 1 time, and didn't vacuum or check the pool chemistry. Doesn't matter that I have cameras in my lanai; they don't seem to care. I've even seem them brushing the pool wall with a net, instead of a brush. I call almost every week to complain. If anyone reading this has had similar experiences and has found an honest company to deal with, please post it.
The only reason I picked one star is because I had to in order to leave a review. We hired Nassau Pool Service for weekly maintenance. The service included, washing the sides of the pool, biweekly vacuuming, rinsing the the filter @ every 6 weeks, changing the filter as needed, checking pressures, and administering the necessary chemicals. We suspected none of this was being performed as everytime we arrived home, our pool was dirty, so we installed security cameras to monitor services. THE PICTURES OF “WEEKLY POOL MAINTENANCE” speak for themselves….it wasn’t done!! When my husband called to complain, he got the owner who was Angry and aggressive then FIRED US!! Nassau Pools and their pool maintenance services has been nothing short of a nightmare.
