I saw Jim and therapists prior to a hip replacement awhile ago. In spite of being in pain they made it a very nice experience. I have been to other PT’s and I am a RN so I know PT. This is the most hands in with the actual PT I’ve ever seen. I never was kept waiting, they were always concerned about how I was doing, feeling etc. I received their name From a friend who had her shoulder worked on and have been giving their name out ever since.

Dr Marino and his staff are a knowledgeable and friendly team that work great together to treat patients. They diligently keep appointment times, everyone on staff has a very professional bedside manner, and the clinic is clean, new and always has good music playing while you rehab.
I pinched my sciatic nerve earlier this year and was in excruciating pain whenever I tried to walk (I hate this getting old stuff.) So my doc sent me to Nassau Physical Therapy for some help. Outside of problems with the front office people, Jim and the physical staff were fine and I was walking pain free within 6 weeks.
I am vacationing here in Fernandina for the summer. I experienced a real problem with shoulder pain. Baptist Hospital recommended Nassau Physical Therapy for my shoulder pain and serious arm mobility impairment. With Jim's talented guidance, we improved my posture, muscle tone, and finally worked on strengthening the full range of motion.
