Had the parts I needed to fix my central air unit, but told me no returns on electrical items. Totally understand, but when I mentioned to him that if it's defective, I could get it replaced. He told me no....it's tested at the factory before it leaves.....so I said what if it gets damaged while shipping......still said no returns. Luckily, I had no problem.
If you're a DIY-er with the ability to perform your own Manual J, and Manual D, you really don't need a small shop like this. This is mostly an outfit for a contracting agency, and don't have much in stock, nor an interest in dealing with the public.
Friendly seller, answers questions, you as a homeowner can buy most materials for HVAC
Definitely more for the home owner than for the HVAC contractor. Not alot in the way of supplies
