I have been a patient of Dr Schreiber for about 26 years. He is caring, attentive and knowledgeable. His staff is always supportive and helpful
Doc's are not a concern here but the receptionist and the phone answering staff. Forget customer skills or basic etiquette, these ladies that speak over the phone to make reservations don't even speak properly and are rude all the time. As is there is only one thing to do on their job, and that is to talk to patients and make reservations, but they can't even do that properly.
