This place is absolutely terrible. Whenever the old physicians were both there, they would blatantly tell me that my problem was because of this. This is not and they wouldn’t listen to what I was actually telling them the problem was. I recently rescheduled and had questions about billing and couldn’t get a hold of them because it was a holiday weekend and the office was closed so when I called on Monday morning at 8:30 to ask about billing, nobody had any idea what to do and my appointment with us at nine and they give you... read more
From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the primary caregivers, the staff is fantastic! They truly care. Danielle Claypoole PA-C is who I see most of the time. She is wonderful! Dr Claar is awesome, too. They really listen, really care for me and, unlike my former primary Dr, they don't seem like they go off of a formatted list.
