Rubbish, useless, unhelpful, rude and lazy people running this joint, don’t bother coming here take your money elsewhere. Their hours state they are open till 5pm, came at 4:40 and there was no one there but a useless bloke behind the desk who couldn’t be bothered to grab a part from the warehouse as he said they are ‘closed’. Would not trust these parts for there warranties. We brought a water pump for a Jeep Grand Cherokee . Through our parts supplier [Bursons] . water pump failed within the warranty period , It a big job to replace we did it for the customer, and sent the water pump in for a warranty claim, Nason Engine Parts refused the warranty saying the cooling system was in very poor condition. We have service this car for most of it's life and the cooling system is in Perfect condition. we were only replacing the water pump as the bearing... read more
