Front office is horrible, difficult to understand. Dr will force additional ov just to collect co-pay. Consistent 1 hour wait time. Dr fahmi is knowledgeable but too rushed
My husband and I have seen Dr. Fahmi for a while now and while we love her- she is an incredibly compassionate and responsive doctor, her office staff is abysmal. I've waited 3 hours past my appointment time to see her, having to account for open ended childcare so I can get seen for a minor issue. They also will not send you bills that you owe, until they DECIDE they would like to show you the bill when you come for an appointment. She is very caring, kind and sufficient in what she does. She has been my doctor for over 20 years. And I am very pleased with her
