Thank you so much for taking such great care of our dogs Tucker and Gus who needed to be hospitalized for eating ibuprofen! You all were very thorough and prompt, and we appreciated the daily calls (sometimes even 2, one from a staff member and another from the vet). I felt they were in great hands with you all taking care of them. Thank you!!!
I was so impressed with all of the staff at NVS. The doctors took the time to explain everything in great detail and presented treatment options for my fur baby. All of the people I encountered were very kind to me and to my pup. My dog is scared of everything and they took their time with her so that she would feel less anxious. I would not hesitate to take my baby there again in an emergency.
Dr. Sessions and Dr. Alexander were both wonderful. They took their time explaining everything to us. Never felt pressured to make a decision.
My Schnoodle got out of the backyard fence and was hit by a car. The personnel were very kind, quick to react to every situation that came thru the door. My sweet baby was cared for exceptionally well. I could not do what they do!
