The specialists, nurses, and staff at NVS are amazing! They are competent, professional, compassionate, and excellent in their profession! They all make you feel welcome and comfortable thereby building such a trust a confidence in them with your fur-babies! They really took great care of my dog when she was in their care! Consider taking your fur-babies to them for 24/7 emergency care; you will be so glad you did!
Since I understand the nature of the business being an ER, I will not comment on the time or wait. Both of those were fair given the situation. The ladies in the front office were extremally professional and immediately entered our info to the system. The techs visited the exam room to either loop me in or discuss options with me about 3-4 times and the doctor came in twice to talk me through the findings and our options. I felt taken care of although I was highly stressed.
Initially I was glad your services were available. But I was there for 5 hours waiting for my cat to be treated. She received some stitches due to the injury. Had to take my cat to my vet today to have stitches redone as wound opened up. So have to pay for that as well. Everyone was nice but pricing is ridiculous. I know you are after hours facility and I expect to pay a little more, but your charges seem to be very high. Everyone I have talked to agrees. I know you are a business but don’t break our backs.
This place just takes your money and doesn’t help or wait to help you until the next day. I took my dog here and they didn’t do a good examination but wanted me to spend money on something that would have to wait until the next day. This place deserves zero stars.
Great service! They care about animals. Dr. Clark was amazing!!!!!
