I called this place because I am struggling and they specifically stated possible help for people who have exhausted all other options. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was nasty for no reason. Don’t advertise help and then treat the person needing help that way.
NVS ER staff saved our Emi. They rushed her back immediately & stabilized her respiratory distress. Began tests and within 30 minutes or so, had her diagnosis nailed down. 4 days and 4 nights with improvements then rebounds, it was an emotional rollercoaster. They called me at least 4 times a day with thorough updates, ensured I understood what was taking place with her diagnosis and treatment. Each vet that cared for her phoned me directly.
