I'm not sure how their business model works but I would not recommend owner operators to visit. I called beforehand to ask if customers were allowed to enter the yard and get parts themselves. They said yes. When I arrived, the old lady said customers are not allowed on the yard due to insurance policy. So then I asked for some cosmetic Cascadia parts and she stated they didn't have any Cascadias.
