I had. a TERRIBLE experience at Nashville Road Animal clinic. I had an appointment with “Dr. Ellie”. I arrived on time. After an hour of sitting in an exam room, Dr Ellie never bothered to see my dog or speak to my family. Dr. Ellie would send in a young girl to tell me what all expensive tests she wanted to do unnecessarily to my dog. Then charged me a lab fee AND a office visit although I NEVER saw a veterinarian. Very sweet and helpful people! We brought our girl in and they were understanding that she was really shy. Highly recommend! Pirate was a absolutely sweet and chunky boy!!
We are new patients of the clinic and had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Ellie! We live in BG but were willing to drive for higher quality vet care, and it was 100% worth it! The pricing is very fair and transparent, and the level of care they give for the price is fantastic! We're happy to have found a great vet, especially having a special needs animal. To anyone in the surrounding area, I can truly recommend this clinic!
I have had many vets through the years, hands down the best around, when most vets are selling out to corporations, Nashville Road is a hometown vet where the staff gets as excited as I do to see my pets. The prices are so reasonable, I recommend adopting more animals to help alleviate the stress on local rescues and shelters :) PS my animals are NEVER nervous about going to this vet, the have spray cheese and treats :)
