We had a 3oclock appointment. We are still waiting ..it is 4.20 now.all people went around us. When I asked I been told we next. But we where not. My husband is in severe pain..not coming back here.
My pain clinic shut down so I got referred here. Appointment literally took about 3 hrs. I have never been to a new patient appt that took so long. I also taken back late , because apparently the physician wasn’t to the office on time and even the established patients said he’s always late. The 2 girls in the front were very very professional and super nice. I won’t be returning
Staff is constantly changing, while the current staff is nice and helpful they won't be there long as none eer are.
The doctor listens to your concerns and acts accordingly. And the wait time and visit is minimal time. No long waiting. Gregg is the best, respectful and courteous. Clarksville office is great.
I would recommend this place as a last resort kind of place
