I’ve been working really hard for a series of gigs coming up, and my shoulders, arms, and hands have been feeling the long hours. This guy, Lew Braswell, knows how to listen to your body and get in there and open and free up movement you didn’t even know you’ve lost! Can’t recommend enough!
