I had to have a broken & decayed tooth removed, with a bone graft for an implant later. I have pretty severe anxiety and frequently get panic attacks in situations like this. I wasn’t real scared at all but my body sometimes can’t help but panic. It would be an understandment to say that I felt comfortable with the staff. The staff are all courteous and helpful. I was in a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth and needed it removed pretty quickly. I was apprehensive about the surgery and general anesthesia, but Dr. Willis made time to answer all my questions and counsel me through the process. Also they were out of network for my insurance and their billing coordinator(?) took the time to make sure I knew exactly what the cost would be (which was very reasonable btw). Good experience all around.
