Poor phone etiquette. I was Interested in buying pea gravel from them as they are extremely close to my house. I only needed about 1 cubic yard for my project so I immediately offered to pay extra to see if they could deliver (which would have saved me time and money to rent a dump trailer). The woman simply responded “we don’t do that”. I was very polite, and said I understood but wanted to know why they couldn’t.
