Dr James Berry is worst doctor I have ever seen in 25 years of going to doctors. He had my MRI of my neck from 2023, got a new one for 2024 and stated condition was way worse after being told by another facility in 2023 it needed immediate surgery but the doctor unfortunately cut off his finger and could no longer perform. Berry offered medication for the 6 week wait to get surgery which was a very very mild narcotic and I told him I couldn't take that because of a reaction I had. I had the best experience with this group. They took me in immediately when I was in extreme pain. Worked with me to get my surgery scheduled and then made sure my recovery was good. They filled out all the necessary forms for my work really promptly as well. Plus my scar is barely noticeable. I can’t say enough great things about this group but my final thing is the range of motion on my neck is better than it has been in 30 years.
Dr berry was the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. Spent countless minutes while in my room on his personal cell phone texting. Could not stop yawning like I’m sorry if I’m boring you to death. Trying to tell you how I’m feeling. Save yourself the money and your time and go to a real surgeon do not see this guy.
