I couldn't not recommended these ladies enough. We had an appointment to get the testing done at Children's Vanderbilt but they couldn't do testing time Jan 2024. We asked for the testing in March of 2023. But we got the referral sent over to Nashville Neuro. And they was amazing. From the first phone call they have been on point with everything. I filled out the intake forms and scheduled a short phone call to get me set up. I had to wait a month for a slot for this 15 min phone call and a couple minutes after we started talking they told me I wasn’t eligible because I’m 21 (they said they only took under 18s), which was strange because I was recommended to contact them from another medical provider. I don’t know how they didn’t catch this in the form I filled out with all of my personal information. Overall, disappointing and very frustrating service.
