Admin staff just wasted my time. I got insurance recently, made my appointment and even called back with my insurance ID number well before my appointment time. Only to show up today and be told that they don't take my insurance. No other explaination or options given. Really unprofessional. Just shows that you're only a number to these uncaring staff.
